The Driver Onboarding Associate will play a crucial role in setting up the foundations in making this happen - from growing the fleet by acquiring and onboarding new drivers and seamless driver verification and activation\nWhat you’ll be doing:\nDevelop and manage driver acquisition campaigns (social media ads, flyers)\nMonitor acquisition funnel performance (number of new leads, drop-off points)\nOrganize driver recruitment events or pop-up activations\nReport acquisition numbers and growth trends to Operations Lead\nCheck and verify driver documents (license, insurance, background checks)\nProcess new driver applications and update onboarding tracker\nEnsure drivers meet regulatory and internal requirements\nManage PA/CPC xaapplication process\nFlag non-compliant applications or escalate incomplete verifications.\nSend reminders or nudges to applicants who are stuck in onboarding steps\nTrack onboarding status and reduce drop-off rate\nMaintain database of onboarded drivers\nMonitor onboarding funnel metrics (conversion rate, time-to-activation).\nAdhere to company policies and procedures.\nAchieve or exceed targets and key objectives assigned by your Immediate Superior.\nAccept other associated responsibilities and projects as the need arises.\nContract: 6 Months\nAt Angkas, we believe in giving our people the trust and flexibility to work in a way that helps them and their teams perform at their best.
