The role is responsible for conducting Safety Riding Seminars, onboarding activities, driver training programs, rider accreditation, documentation processing, and compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.\nIn addition, the position will monitor training quality, maintain accurate records of trainees and processed drivers, and collaborate with operations teams to improve rider readiness and safety performance across assigned service areas.\nConduct Safety Riding Seminars and onboarding training sessions for new drivers.\nEnsure all training materials and procedures are delivered according to company standards.\nAssess rider understanding of safety protocols, road regulations, and operational guidelines.\nProcess driver accreditation and onboarding requirements after training completion.\nMaintain accurate records of attendance, training results, and processed drivers.\nMonitor and help achieve onboarding and driver processing targets.\nCoordinate with Operations and Safety teams on rider readiness and deployment.\nPromote a culture of safety and compliance among all participating drivers.\nLet’s get this show on the road\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree (4-year program) in any field.\nMinimum of 2 years of relevant experience, specifically in facilitating Safety Riding Seminars or conducting driver training programs\nValid LTO Professional Driver’s License (authorized for 2-wheel and 4-wheel vehicles).\nTESDA Driving NC II certification.\nCompleted 40-hour Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) training\nExperienced in operating both 2-wheel (motorcycle) and 4-wheel vehicles.\nStrong foundation in defensive driving practices and road safety principles.\nIn-depth knowledge of Philippine traffic laws, regulations, and road compliance.\nExperience conducting rider performance assessments and evaluations.\nProficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms).\nMust own a personal motorcycle.\nFlexibility to travel or be assigned to different locations as operationally required.\nBenefits\nWork your way -
