As a Workforce Specialist at Angkas, acts as the operational backbone and tactical \"brain\" of the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry. Its primary objective is to ensure the right number of agents, with the right skills, are in the right seats at the right time to handle customer interactions efficiently while minimizing operational costs.\nResponsible for;\nDemand Forecasting:\nAnalyzes historical data, seasonal trends, marketing campaigns, and business cycles to predict future contact volumes (calls, chats, emails).\nCalculates required staffing hours using standard formulas (e.g., Forecasted Volume × Average Handle Time 360 secs)\nStaff Scheduling & Rostering:\nBuilds optimal shift patterns, breaks, and off-days to match predicted peak and slow periods.\nBalances employee preferences, skill-set requirements, and labor rules while minimizing overstaffing or understaffing.\nReal-Time (Intraday) Management:\nMonitors live dashboards, queue lengths, average speed of answer (ASA), and abandon rates.\nResponds immediately to unexpected call spikes, system outages, or high absenteeism by reallocating staff, moving breaks, or calling in overtime. \nAdherence and Attendance Tracking:\nTracks whether agents are logged in, handling contacts, or on scheduled breaks (aux/offline time) as planned.\nMeasures schedule adherence to make sure agents stay productive during paid hours. \nSLA (Service Level Agreement) Protection:\nEnsures the Department meets or exceeds strict Management metrics (e.g., answering 85% of calls in 40 seconds, chats within 5 mins) to avoid potential cost\nReporting and Analytics:\nGenerates operational scorecards, shrinkage tracking, attrition data, and productivity reports for internal leadership and external clients.\nEvaluates long-term efficiency to refine future labor planning and payroll accuracy.\nAt Angkas, we believe in giving our people the trust and flexibility to work in a way that helps them and their teams perform at their best.
