This is an opportunity to extend your impact beyond direct care by developing clinical capability across our workforce and helping our teams deliver exceptional care to older Australians.\nYour opportunity\nAs aClinical Educator, you will develop and deliver engaging, evidence-based clinical education, competency training and coaching that strengthens clinical practice and supports safe, high-quality care. Working closely with clinical leaders and Workplace Trainers, you’ll support induction, identify learning needs, embed new clinical practices and ensure education aligns with aged care standards, accreditation requirements and best practice.\nWith integrity and resilience, you will:\nDeliver engaging, evidence-based clinical training and competency assessments.\nSupport induction, coaching and implementation of clinical policies and best practice.\nEnsure education aligns with aged care standards, compliance, and accreditation requirements.\nPartner with clinical leaders to identify learning needs and strengthen workforce capability.\nDrive continuous improvement and promote a culture of safety, learning, and clinical excellence.\nWhat you’ll bring\nYou are an experienced Registered Nurse who is passionate about developing others and improving the quality of clinical practice.
