And now, we’re extending our reach and impact even further.\nYour opportunity\nAs a Cook (Casual), you will ensure a high standard of food and service to Cafe customers and functions through preparation of safe, quality food products and service clients and customers’ needs by leading and completing tasks and attending to all aspects of health and safety.\nWith integrity and resilience, you will:\nPrepare and present quality meals in accordance with approved menus and recipes.\nMaintain food safety, HACCP, and WHS standards.\nManage stock rotation, stock control, and assist with ordering.\nSupport café and function service delivery as directed.\nProvide excellent customer service to residents and guests.\nFollow operational procedures, policies, and instructions from management.\nMaintain a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment.\nWhat you’ll bring\nYou will be a customer-focused Cook with commercial kitchen experience, strong food safety knowledge, and excellent time management skills.
