Develop and support staff, ensuring a positive and effective team environment.\nGovernment and Grant Funding: Assist with applications and optimize opportunities for government or grant-related funding by maintaining necessary registrations.\nContinuous Improvement: Contribute to the prevention and management of non-compliance and support the ongoing review and development of internal standards and care outcome targets.\nEducation and Experience:\n1. Current registration as a Registered Nurse (AHPRA) or relevant tertiary qualifications in health, quality, risk, governance or a related discipline.\n2. Previous experience as a Quality Manager/Coordinator/Advisor, Residential Manager, Care Manager or Educator in aged care (Desirable).\n3.
