You’ll be the first point of contact for residents, their families, representatives, and supporters, ensuring they feel welcomed, heard, and supported every step of the way.\nThis role oversees and coordinates Higher Everyday Living services (Everyday Plus at Anglicare) within our Residential Care Homes. From guiding residents through service selection to managing agreements, bookings, service delivery, invoicing, and reporting, you’ll ensure a seamless, high-quality experience that reflects each resident’s individual preferences and needs.\nBlending compassion with strong organisational skills, you’ll act as the subject matter expert for Everyday Plus services and systems, support staff and residents with confidence, and help resolve enquiries or escalated concerns with professionalism and empathy.
