Working alongside product, design, data and innovation specialists, you'll transform customer needs into scalable digital solutions.\nKey responsibilities include:\nParticipating in customer discovery, research and experimentation activities\nTranslating business opportunities and customer insights into practical technical solutions\nCollaborating closely with Product, Design, Data and Innovation teams\nProviding technical leadership, mentorship and engineering best practice guidance for the team\nLeveraging emerging technologies, including AI-enabled tools, to accelerate product validation and delivery\nWhat you'll bring\nTo be successful, you'll bring a blend of product thinking, technical excellence, and curiosity, along with:\nExperience designing, developing and launching modern digital products end-to-end\nAbility to balance customer needs, technical feasibility and commercial outcomes\nExperience tech leading on end-to-end product delivery across front-end and back-end, from solution design to build, deployment and launch\nProven experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React or Vue\nStrong understanding of APIs, integrations and database design\nExperience with Git version control and CI/CD practices\nExcellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills\nA high level of customer empathy, and an understanding of how technical and organisational decisions affect user experience\nWillingness to learn and stretch beyond your core role, collaborating across disciplines and taking on new challenges as the needs of the team and product evolve \nIdeally, you'll also bring:\nExposure to AI prototyping tools and emerging technologies\nExperience within aged care, health, social impact or purpose-driven organisations\nExperience working in product-led, startup or innovation-focused environments\nWhy Anglicare Sydney?
