If you're passionate about customer engagement, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and want to help shape the future of retirement living sales, we'd love to hear from you.\nYour opportunity\nReporting to the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for driving sales outcomes across our retirement living portfolio, guiding prospective residents and their families through one of life's most significant decisions.\nThis is a hands-on sales role where relationship building, customer engagement and service excellence are critical to success. You will work directly with customers from initial enquiry through to settlement, helping them understand the benefits of retirement living and supporting them throughout their decision-making journey.\nThis is an office and village-based role, with team members expected to be onsite and actively engaging with customers across our communities.\nWith integrity and professionalism, you will:\nDrive sales performance, occupancy a outcomes across assigned retirement living communities.\nManage the customer journey from enquiry through to contract exchange and settlement.\nConduct tours, presentations, open days and customer engagement activities.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with prospective residents and their families.\nMaintain an active sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting and reporting.\nCollaborate with marketing and operational teams to maximise lead conversion and customer experience.\nRepresent Anglicare at community events and promotional activities.\nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives as we enhance our sales capability and customer experience.\nWhat you'll bring\nYou are a motivated sales professional who thrives on building relationships and helping customers make informed decisions. You enjoy being customer-facing, are commercially driven and understand how to balance empathy with achieving results.\nWhat's required:\nDemonstrated sales experience in retirement living, real estate, property, or other customer-facing sales environments.\nProven ability to build rapport and maintain strong customer relationships.\nStrong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.\nExperience managing a sales pipeline and achieving sales targets.\nCurrent driver's licence and willingness to travel between villages as required.\nWhat's preferred:\nRetirement living, aged care, property or real estate industry experience.\nExperience supporting customers through complex or emotional purchasing decisions.\nStrong CRM and sales reporting capability.\nA proactive mindset with the confidence to challenge existing ways of working and contribute new ideas.\nA genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.\nWhy Anglicare\nFor 170 years Anglicare has been serving those in need - providing care to older people and services to the vulnerable.
