Steelmaking coal is an essential ingredient in blast-furnace steel manufacture, producing steel used for critical building and infrastructure around the world.\n We have an exciting opportunity for a safety-focused CHPP Electrical Supervisor to join our team at Capcoal in Middlemount QLD.\nReporting to the Electrical Superintendent, this role will be accountable for managing the coordination of personnel, equipment, and resources to complete electrical maintenance activities within the CHPP.\nThe CHPP Electrical Supervisor will ensure scheduled and unscheduled maintenance is completed in line with safety and statutory obligations and will achieve this through active engagement, effective leadership and compliance to our Operating Model.\nOur Operating Model is the foundation for how we plan and execute each task and it’s the glue to everything we do.
