Supporting production team members to raise and address safety concerns in a timely manner, using company reporting systems\nDrive daily actions around key metrics in conjunction with Shift Leads, i.e. PA, throughput, velocity, recoveries, variances and machine utilization\nEnsure all shifts in the Business Unit are aligned to operational goals, priorities and standards, with consistent communication, escalation and handover across shifts\nCoach and support team members to achieve performance expectations, build capability and sustain adherence to agreed operating standards\nLead or support transformational, capacity, quality, cost and process improvement projects as required\nMaintain Segmentation daily data sources and dashboards i.e. PA tracker, WIP trackers, Slicing Dashboard etc\nUtilise daily production metrics to drive decision making in the area i.e. recoveries vs IBP target, understanding drivers behind negative variances, etc\nWork with Process Engineering to support process development, troubleshooting, trials, validation, capability improvement and the introduction of approved process or equipment changes into production.\nProvide structured operational feedback to Process Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Planning and Supply Chain, ensuring recurring losses and process issues are supported by clear data, defined problem statements and agreed actions.\n Strong people management/ leadership skills with the ability to lead, communicate and influence team members\nExperience in a similar manufacturing role with lean and process improvement knowledge.
