This role manages and leads a team of process engineers and is an exciting opportunity to play a critical part in the strategic Engineering direction for the IEPRO Site.\nDuties and tasks\nSupport attainment of key business metrics through the provision of engineering support for end-to-end manufacturing processes.\nDevelop stable and capable manufacturing processes through a structured process development approach.\nLead and drive the adoption of FMEAC methodology across Process Engineering, establishing a consistent and structured approach to identifying, assessing, and mitigating process risks.
