Recruitment Coordinator

• Assists the Branch Office In- Charge in all administration functions
• Closely coordinates with Recruitment Supervisor and Fleet Managers, asapplicable, for vacancy and pooling requirements for the next three months.
• Receives reporting to active seafarers and attends to their requirements on CBTand documentation.

• Assist function of relationship cell

Requirements

• Education: Four-year course graduate, fresh grads are welcome to apply
• Background in Marketing & IT will be a plus
• Committed to work, with attention to details and accuracy

• Time Management & Organizational Skills
• Familiar with social media management tools and data analysis tools
