Preparing monthly reports e.g. turnover, dismissals, and statistics.\nIt is a requirement of a Senior Marine Personnel Officer that he / she be on out of hours call to deal with any emergency issues which may arise involving seafarers’ welfare.\nTo review and provide feedback for opportunities for improvement or amendments to Marine HR Manual.\nTo promote and comply with the company’s “Safety and Environmental Policy” plus any other duties as may be reasonably required of you by the Management or Senior Management of the Company.\nRequirements\nEducation: 4-year course graduate, business or maritime preferred.\nExperience: At least 3 years’ experience in a reputable cruise manning company.
