Reporting to the Mine Accountant, this position plays a key role in providing site-wide accounts support, including processing purchase requisitions, service entries, and end-of-month finance activities.\nThis role is offered on an 8/6 roster, with direct flights to site from Perth and/or Kalgoorlie. Flexible working arrangements will also be considered for this position.\nAbout the Role\nProvide site-wide purchase requisition and service entry support to operational personnel.\nMonitor invoices and liaise with managers regarding payment approvals and accounts payable matters.\nPrepare accruals for services received but not yet invoiced.\nAssist with month-end tasks and journal entries.\nComplete general ledger account reconciliations.\nProvide monthly cost reports to operational personnel.\nCoordinate the timely completion of weekly and monthly reports.\nMaintain SOX control files and ensure compliance with management systems and processes.\nUndertake ad hoc tasks as directed.\nCoordinate and support the gold shipments\nMonitor and maintain site wide fuel dispensing systems\nThis role offers an excellent opportunity to apply your technical skills in a dynamic mining environment while contributing to the long-term integrity and performance of a world-class gold processing operation.\nAbout You\nPeople are at the heart of everything we do.
