Rather than generalized administrative tasks, you will be assigned a core technical project to own from start to finish. This role offers hands-on experience, culminating in an end-of-program presentation to technical leadership.\nKey Responsibilities\nTake ownership of a dedicated 12-week project, managing timelines and delivering a final report and presentation summarizing key findings and recommendations.\n\nLead the design and deployment of employee pulse surveys to gather feedback and identify key drivers of employee engagement and workplace culture.\n\nAnalyze employee engagement, retention, participation, and sentiment data to evaluate program effectiveness and provide actionable recommendations.\n\nDevelop a 12-month employee engagement roadmap, including events, recognition programs, and community-building initiatives aligned with company values.\n\nSupport the planning, coordination, and promotion of employee communications and cultural awareness initiatives.\n\nCreate reports, presentations, and recommendations that help enhance the employee experience, strengthen retention, and support strategic workforce planning.\n\nAssist with budgeting, forecasting, and the development of data-driven strategies for future employee engagement investments.\n\nOtherdutiesas assigned\n\nQualifications & Requirements\nCurrently enrolled as a rising senior pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, Communications, Business, Liberal Arts, or a related field.\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\n\nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.\n\nExperience with survey design, research, data analysis, or employee engagement initiatives is preferred. Experience in SharePoint and/or Microsoft Power Automate a plus.\n\nAbility to analyze data, identify trends, and present recommendations clearly.\n\nCollaborative, proactive, and eager to learn in a dynamic team environment.\n\nMust be legally authorized to work in the United States.\n\nFall Recruitment Timeline & Hiring Milestones\nSeptember 15 - October 30, 2026 (Application Review):Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
