Rather than generalized administrative tasks, you will be assigned a core technical project to own from start to finish. This role offers hands-on experience, culminating in an end-of-program presentation to technical leadership.\nKey Responsibilities\nTake ownership of a dedicated 12-week project, managing timelines, and delivering a final technical report and presentation.\nTrack and monitor ongoing field operations and construction/drilling activities. \nOversee, review, and control daily on-site work progress against safety and quality standards. \nRecord and report daily field data including drilling metrics, fuel consumption, and site activities to measure performance against approved schedule and budget baselines.\nQualifications & Requirements\nCurrently enrolled as a rising senior in an Undergraduate program or final-year Master's student pursuing a degree in Finance, Business Administration, Ci Engineering, or a related process discipline.\nFoundational understanding of open-pit or underground mining methods and operations.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite software, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, andVisio.\nKnowledge of PMI and AACE International standards and best practices.\nPreferred experience with Primavera P6 or MS Project, SAP and Power BI.\nStrong technical writing, reporting, and presentation skills.\nAbility to analyze datasets, draw logical conclusions, and present findings clearly.\nA collaborative mindset with an eagerness to learn and proactively ask questions.\nMust be legally authorized to work in the United States.\nValid driver’s license required; willingness to travel to project sites if necessary\nFall Recruitment Timeline & Hiring Milestones\nSeptember 15 - October 30, 2026 (Application Review): Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
