Reporting to the Underground Electrical Maintenance Supervisor: you will have the opportunity to provide front line support and ensure all electrical works are carried out in a safe, timely, cost effective and environmentally responsible manner.\nThis role is based at the Sunrise Dam Gold Mine on an 8 days on, 6 days off FIFO roster, we operate direct flights to our sites from Perth and Kalgoorlie.\nAccountabilities:\nDoing repairs, maintenance and installation activities on infrastructure such as, motors, VSDs, transformers, substations, starter panels, distribution boards, RMU’s, ventilation fans, dewatering systems, instrumentation, communications, lighting, and other electrical systems\nCarrying out scheduled statutory requirements work safely and efficiently.\nInstalling and maintaining underground reticulation systems, ensuring reliable power distribution.\nConducting breakdown and maintenance tasks on underground drilling equipment to minimize downtime.\nStudying plans, drawings, specifications, and work orders to determine work requirement and sequence of repairs and or installations\nAvailability after hours on a \"Call Out\" roster basis to respond to any equipment breakdown\nAssist with equipment maintenance shutdown or power isolation co-ordination and execution\nAbout You\nPeople are at the heart of everything we do.
