Contractor & MARC ManagementManage Maintenance and Repair Contracts (MARC) in accordance with contractual requirements.\n\nCoordinate contractors and third-party service providers working within the processing plant.\n\nMonitor contractor performance, work quality, productivity, safety, and compliance.\n\nEnsure contractors meet agreed schedules, specifications, and performance standards.\n\nSupport contract reviews, performance evaluations, and commercial discussions.\n\nWork with relevant stakeholders to resolve contractor-related technical and operational issues.\n\nPromote transparent, commercially sound, and professional contractor relationships.\n\n4. effective communication with production, engineering, management, contractors, and other stakeholders.\n\nEscalate critical technical, safety, commercial, and operational issues promptly.\n\nQualifications & Education\nCandidates should meet one of the following qualification pathways:\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering with a minimum of 3 years of relevant engineering experience; or\n\nDiploma in Engineering such as Mechanical, Electrical, Maintenance, or a related discipline, in accordance with applicable requirements under Regulations 51 and 54 of LI 2182, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or\n\nTechnician Part III Certificate with at least 5 years of experience in engineering operations.\n\nA Master’s degree in Management, Engineering Management, Project Management, or a related field will be an advantage.\n\nAdditional training or professional development in financial, commercial, contract, or project management will be advantageous.\n\nExperience\nMinimum of 3 years’ experience in engineering roles, including relevant supervisory experience.\n\nDemonstrated experience in mechanical maintenance within a mining, mineral-processing, extractive-metallurgy, or industrial-processing environment.\n\nProven experience managing Maintenance and Repair Contracts (MARC).\n\nPractical experience in project management and project delivery.\n\nExperience using SAP PM or a comparable computerised maintenance management system.\n\nExperience supervising multidisciplinary teams and contractors will be an
