跨团队协同业务与算法团队，沉淀可复用的平台服务或SDK，支撑多业务线快速接入。\n\n任职要求\n\n1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能或相关专业，3年以上后端或算法工程开发经验，有AI平台、API网关、MaaS或推荐系统经验者优先。\n\n2. 精通Go语言，具备良好的工程实现能力。\n\n3. 熟悉常用调度算法（如公平调度、优先级调度、最小成本流）或推荐排序策略（如LR/GBDT），有实际落地经验。\n\n4. 了解强化学习（如Bandit、DQN、PPO）或在线学习，有在动态环境中构建自优化调度/路由策略的项目经验者优先。\n\n5. 熟悉主流大模型API及推理引擎（VLLM/TGI等），理解不同模型在效果、时延、成本方面的差异。\n\n6.
