Are you ready to join a team that dreams as big as you do?\nROLE SUMMARY:\nResponsible for driving workplace safety and regulatory compliance through injury prevention, incident management, employee training, and risk reduction initiatives. Partners with leadership and employees to maintain a safe, compliant work environment while supporting workers’ compensation, environmental, and wellness programs.\nJOB RESPONSIBILITIES:\nInjury reduction initiatives, OSHA compliance, and investigations of critical incidents\nManages inspections from the State and Federal regulatory agencies\nEnsures regulatory compliance with OSHA, NIOSH and other agencies\nOversees the Workers Compensation process to effectively manage claims\nDirects activities to compile EHS&S information or other data as required by State and Federal agencies\nManages EHS&S programs and provides direction to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal programs\nAssess trends and risk and make recommendations to prevent incidents or injuries\nDevelops, conducts and/or coordinates EHS&S training for all Plant employees\nAssists with Health and Wellness initiatives and environmental compliance\nJOB QUALIFICATIONS:\nBachelor’s degree in Safety, Industrial Hygiene or related field\nMinimum of 1-3 years’ experience leading safety programs in a manufacturing or industrial required\nSolid interpersonal and communications skills\nLeadership skills and the ability to lead change\nAbility to collaboratively work with all levels of the organization\nUnderstand and apply OSHA regulations\nFlexibility and availability to work overtime or weekends and rotate on-call activities\nWHY ANHEUSER-BUSCH: At Anheuser-Busch, our purpose is to create a future with more cheers.
