Are you ready to join a team that dreams as big as you do?\nROLE SUMMARY:\nThe Pre-Treatment Plant Operator is a critical role responsible for the safe and efficient operation and maintenance of Brewery-wide industrial utility systems such as process and potable water treatment and wastewater pre-treatment. Operators routinely monitor, analyze, troubleshoot, and maintain all systems.\nJOB RESPONSIBILITIES:\nAdhere to OSHA and plant safety standards, including Lockout-Tagout, work permitting, and Process Safety Management.\nHighly motivated, self-directed, multi-crafted worker that is able to work autonomously in a fast paced and often loud production environment.\nProcess monitoring and operation of all wastewater pretreatment unit processes in a manner to ensure compliance with state and federal environmental permit limits\nSample collection, lab analysis and interpretation of the results\nPerform maintenance and repair to all equipment and instrumentation\nOperation of screening, clarification, anaerobic digestion, and biogas handling equipment.\nPerform administrative functions, weekly and daily report generation\nWork with outside vendors on special projects\nMaintain bulk chemical inventory\nWork on process improvement projects and standard operation procedures\nSafety activities: confined space entry and burn permits; equipment lock out/tag out\nHousekeeping and cleaning of all equipment, structures and facilities\nJOB QUALIFICATIONS:\nHigh School Diploma or GED required.\nSolid interpersonal and team orientation skills\nLeadership skills and ability to lead change\nKnowledge of wastewater treatment equipment and processes\nKnowledge of anaerobic and anaerobic wastewater treatment processes and\nwater chemistry\nExperience with the operation and maintenance of industrial or municipal\nwastewater or water treatment plants.\nAbility to effectively work independently with minimal supervision\nAbility to extract, evaluate and utilize data for process improvement from all\napplicable resources\nAvailable to work all shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays\nWHY ANHEUSER-BUSCH:\nAt Anheuser-Busch, our purpose is to create a future with more cheers.
