Are you ready to join a team that dreams as big as you do?\nJOB RESPONSIBILITIES:\nTroubleshoot and repair electrical/mechanical equipment.\nInstall and replace instrumentation and electrical equipment including VFD's.\nInstall and program PLC and related equipment.\nTroubleshoot PLC programs.\nWonderware & Siemens program maintenance.\nPerform Maintenance on industrial equipment. At a minimum but not limited to: PM routines/inspections, belt/chain tensioning, lubrication, pin, bolt and key replacements, alignment, and diagnostics.\nResponsible for following all Plant Policies, Safety Policies and Procedures (Risk assessments, Peer on Peer Observations, Lock Out Tag Out, Hot Work Permits, Required PPE, Confined Space Permits, etc.).\nHigh standard of personal and team performance. Self-Scheduling - Possess the ability to work without direct supervision, a self-directed work ethic.\nCommunicate job knowledge and process changes with team members, department crew and management through various forms of daily communication (telephone, email, shift handover meetings, action logs, work-orders, etc.).\nPossess excellent PC skills such as MS office, excel, word, email and SAP to perform maintenance part lookup, parts ordering, planned inspections, preventative maintenance and work orders.\nActively participate in facility management Voyager Plant Optimization Program, Improvement Task Force/Committee participation, Safety Programs and Personal Development Plan.\nUtilize VPO (Voyager Plant Optimization) tools to achieve KPI targets and close gaps in performance (root cause analysis, GAP analysis, MCRS meeting schedules, action logs, 5-why's, 5S, PDCA and SDCA cycles, etc.)\nQUALIFICATIONS:\nHigh school Diploma or GED required.\nTechnical degree/certificate in Instrumentation, PLC Programming or Electrician License. Experience heavily considered in lieu of certifications/licenses.\nGeneral understanding of PLC languages is preferred.\nWonderware or similar operational control software experience preferred.\nElectrical troubleshooting and High Voltage experience preferred.\n3 Years of Industrial, Agricultural or Production/Food Processing mechanical experience recommended.\nDemonstrates strong commitment to achieving company goals by focusing on Safety, Quality and Productivity through Plant Excellence Program for continued improvements and standardization of jobs.\nEffectively shares job knowledge and process changes with team members, department crew and management through various forms of daily communication (email, shift handover meetings, action logs, work orders, etc.).\nPossess excellent PC skills such as MS office, excel, word, email and SAP to perform maintenance part lookup, parts ordering, planned inspections, preventative maintenance and work orders.\nAbility to perform and meet the physical demands of the position including but not limited to lifting 50 pounds and working in dusty/wet environments with proper PPE.\nWHY ANHEUSER-BUSCH:\nAnheuser-Busch has always dreamed big.
