Are you ready to join a team that dreams as big as you do?\nROLE SUMMARY:\nThe Maintenance Manager at the Riverside Lid Plant is responsible for driving equipment reliability, facility maintenance, and Capex execution in a high-speed manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to execute in a fast-paced, team-based environment.\nJOB RESPONSIBILITIES:\nManage all aspects for CAPEX (Capital Expenditure) for the facility including budgeting, deployment, tracking and technical/financial policy compliance and contractor/engineering service providers\nLead facility efforts related to energy, fluids and wastewater related cost reduction\nResponsible for facility wide automation strategy and support to electricians and operating departments\nResponsible for managing federally regulated wastewater systems within legislative compliance\nResponsible for building maintenance execution\nResponsible for security services of the building\nResponsible for setting and managing the Energy and Fluids commodity budgets and targets for the facility. \nManaging equipment design and construction\nResponsible for technical knowledge of safety, environmental, building and other related codes, permits and regulations associated with the facility's operations\nAccountable for direct report development, technical training support and area labor relations\nMaintenance/PTE MCRS Owner\nAccountable for Operations Department Financials - VIC/ZBB maintenance, manufacturing supplies etc.\nAccountable for maintenance KPIs, GOPs and long-term equipment uptime/reliability\nAccountable for execution of short-term and long-term maintenance plans including execution of the department strategic plan\nAccountable for CapEx support in Operations\nVPO Maintenance Pillar and Maintenance KPI Owner.\nOversee storeroom and spare part inventory management.\nResponsible for coaching, developing and performance management of hourly and salaried Operations team\nJOB QUALIFICATIONS:\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations or related field, Masters preferred \n5+ years’ experience in a manufacturing environment required\n3+ years of leadership experience preferred\nStrong knowledge of lid manufacturing process preferred \nDemonstrated ability to develop a diverse group of employees for future opportunities \nStrong interpersonal, communication, business acumen, financial and technical/problem solving skills \nWHY ANHEUSER-BUSCH:\nAt Anheuser-Busch, our purpose is to create a future with more cheers.
