Are you ready to join a team that dreams as big as you do?\n\nROLE SUMMARY: We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to support brewery operations. This position will work to repair and maintain equipment related to the brewing and packaging process as well as conducting facility maintenance. \nJOB RESPONSIBILITES:\nRepairs, replaces, adjusts, and aligns components of machinery and equipment.\nCleans and lubricates parts, equipment, and machinery.\nPerforms routine preventative maintenance and repairs to manufacturing equipment as needed.\nObserves electrical and mechanical devices/systems in operation to located causes of trouble.\nRepairs and replaces defective parts.\nService and repair plant facilities equipment such as air compressors, heat exchangers, boilers and chillers.\nAdjust and test machinery.\nMake repairs such as chains, sprockets, bearings, and belts. Rebuilds pneumatic cylinders, valves, pumps, gearboxes and other drive train components.\nUtilize CMMS system to view work orders assignments, document parts usage and labor hours, add notes of work completed, and close out the work order. \nFollow procedures for documenting parts usage and reporting inventory levels.\nStick and tig welding repair including sanitary welding.\nOther duties may be assigned.\nJOB QUALIFICATIONS:\nHigh School Diploma or GED equivalent required.\nVocational training or applicable associate’s degree.\n5+ years direct manufacturing maintenance experience, preferably in food and beverage. \nGood mechanical aptitude and effective use of basic hand tools.\nAbility to troubleshoot and repair all minor mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic problems with minimal assistance.\nAbility to utilize all math skills, such as basic math, geometry and algebra to complete necessary job tasks.\nReads and understands electrical, equipment manuals, pneumatic schematics as well as mechanical drawings.\nAbility to make decisions and solve problems.\nBe able to communicate effectively with supervisors and peers.\nAbide by all Safety, Health, and Environmental policies\nBasic computer skills (MS Windows Platform, MS Outlook for email).\nBasic electrical construction, including conduit.\nTroubleshooting and calibrating AC & DC drives.\nTroubleshooting and networking PLC programming.\nTroubleshooting ladder and PLC logic.\nMust be able to lift up to 50 lbs.\nWHY ANHEUSER-BUSCH: \nAt Anheuser-Busch, our purpose is to create a future with more cheers.
