Are you ready to join a team that dreams as big as you do?\nROLE SUMMARY:\nSales Representatives are responsible for being full “owners” over their sales route, determined to grow market share in all segments of the business by drawing on the Company’s vast portfolio and engaging consumers through point of sale, shelf assortment, and creative displays at retail accounts. In addition, a Sales Representative identifies new markets and business opportunities to increase market share while building and maintain relationships with accounts and retailers. Being a Sales Representative allows you to get your foot in the door at a company that seeks to promote based on meritocracy and has ample opportunity for career growth across the US, Canada, and world.\nJOB RESPONSIBILTIES:\nResponsible for fulfilling pre-established objectives set by the District Sales Manager and implementation of Company programs at retail level.\n\nVisit assigned retail accounts and utilize company portfolio to sell volume, increase distribution, monitor price, and manage shelf space\n\nBuild business relationships with and present professional sales presentations using sales data and sell sheets\n\nIncrease shelf space and position for Anheuser-Busch products; introduce new brands and packages when appropriate\n\nResponsible for maintaining published product freshness standards in assigned retail accounts by monitoring and rotating stocks\n\nNegotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales\n\nWork with the credit department to resolve credit issues including collecting past due balances.\n\nGather market and customer information and provide feedback to District Manager on buying trends\n\nParticipate in new product launch events including tastings / samplings. The beverage industry is meant to be fun!\n\nResponsible for daily decisions regarding retail inventory levels using past sales history, changes in climate, competitive activity, special promotional activities, and any other available information\n\nAttend sales meetings to discuss sales issues, opportunities to improve sales efforts, and share best practices\n\nAct as full business “owner” of your route to grow net revenue and help the company Lead Future Growth\n\nJOB QUALIFICATIONS:\nMust be 21 years of age and have a valid driver’s license and safe driving record\n\nHigh school diploma or GED required (no degree required for any position within AB ONE Wholesalers!)\n\nAble and willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and/or holidays\n\nHighly self-motivated and organized with the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.\n\nSolid interpersonal skills and team orientation\n\nComfort level with change and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities\n\n1+ years of warehouse, delivery, sales, or merchandising experience preferred\n\nExperience in data gathering/analysis, identifying trends/gaps, building action plans, and driving execution\n\nStrong selling and negotiation skills\n\nStrong customer service skills and ability to grow and lead customer relationships\n\nAbility to understand and read invoices, load sheets, job orders, and installation instructions as well as ability to calculate simple math functions\n\nAbility to move products, hang merchandise, and fulfill other physical requirements including repetitive lifting, bending, and pulling/pushing\n\nProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and ability to learn new software programs\n\nPrevious consumer packaged goods / beverage industry experience preferred\n\nAdvanced degree preferred (Associates, Bachelors, etc.)\n\nWHY ANHEUSER-BUSCH?\nAt Anheuser-Busch, our purpose is to create a future with more cheers.
