A successful Merchandiser is passionate about the Anheuser-Busch brands, takes accountability to ensure Anheuser-Busch products are displayed in the best possible way to meet the needs of our consumers, and drives sales through impactful market execution.\nWe are seeking a motivated and reliable individual for a part-time position with the potential to convert into a full-time, long-term opportunity. The initial role will be a part-time assignment for the first 120 days, during which you'll have the opportunity to demonstrate your skills and contribute to the team. After successful completion of the probationary period, you will be considered for conversion to a permanent employee with full benefits.\nJOB RESPONSIBILITIES:\nBuild and maintain Anheuser-Busch product displays \nOrganize, rotate, and stock shelves at each assigned account \nTransport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment (for example, pallet jack, hand truck)\nInstall permanent new point of sale (POS) items in retail accounts \nResponsible for assisting in the daily upkeep of the POS Warehouse\nManage account stockroom by organizing and consolidating backstock (product)\nIdentify, monitor, and report backstock inventory levels\nProperly secure damaged or defective product\nFollow proper procedure for managing out of stocks at retail accounts \nResponsible for daily paperwork and the proper completion of all Company documents \nJOB QUALIFICATIONS:\nMust be at least 18 years of age \nHigh School Diploma or GED Required (no degree required for any position within AB ONE Wholesalers!)\nValid Driver’s License \nMust have reliable personal vehicle with insurance\nStrong customer service skills\nAbility to lift, load, unload, and move products weighing up to 180 lbs.
