Are you ready to join a team that dreams as big as you do?\nROLE SUMMARY:\nWarm Springs Ranch is the official breeding facility of the Budweiser Clydesdales. As a Clydesdale Tour Guide you will get to understand the story and history of the Clydesdales and share it with our guests. You will also have the opportunity to work in the gift shop and welcome guests throughout the day.\nJOB RESPONSIBILITIES:\nLearn and deliver a company-approved scripted presentation to large groups of visitors.\nProvide guests with an engaging, informative, and positive tour experience.\nServe in various host roles, including the bar, check-in gate, and gift shop.\nOperate the gift shop register, assist customers, and restock merchandise as needed.\nSupport the execution of special events.\nAssist visitors by offering directions, information, and general assistance.\nAnswer guest questions and ensure a memorable, high-quality experience.\nMaintain cleanliness and presentation standards for the gift shop and public restrooms.\nPrepare and maintain the tour route before and during tours.\nPerform routine cleaning tasks including wiping down stall bars, polishing wagons and display harnesses, and completing general upkeep.\nSweep and operate a power vacuum to maintain facility cleanliness.\nAssist with guest photo opportunities and support tractor ride operations as needed to enhance the overall visitor experience.\nJOB QUALIFICATIONS:\nMust be 21 years of age or older.\nAbility to memorize and confidently deliver a detailed 10-15-page tour script.\nMust be dependable, enthusiastic, cheerful, and professional.\nGenuine interest in the Budweiser Clydesdales and willingness to learn detailed history of the breed and the organization.\nStrong customer service and leadership skills.\nExperience with the Retail Management System (RMS) preferred.\nBasic horse-handling skills are a plus but not required.\nWillingness to work in all weather conditions.\nAbility to lift and carry boxes or inventory items up to 35 lbs.\nAbility to climb steps.\nOn-the-job training provided; no prior animal care experience required.\nWHY ANHEUSER-BUSCH:\nAt Anheuser-Busch, our purpose is to create a future with more cheers.
