Are you ready to join a team that dreams as big as you do?\nROLE SUMMARY:\nThis position is responsible for managing the site's Process Safety Management program and maintenance activities associated with the ammonia refrigeration system. The role is also responsible for the operation and maintenance of the wastewater treatment plant. This role ensures regulatory compliance, mechanical integrity, operational reliability, and safe operation of all covered processes while serving as the technical leader for PSM-related activities.\nJOB RESPONSIBILITIES:\nMaintain and continuously improve the site's Process Safety Management program in accordance with applicable regulations and company standards\nCoordinate and track completion of PSM elements including Process Hazard Analyses (PHA), Management of Change (MOC), Mechanical Integrity (MI), Operating Procedures, Process Safety Information (PSI), Incident Investigations, Compliance Audits, Training and Competency Programs, Pre-Startup Safety Reviews (PSSR)\nCoordinate maintenance activities to ensure activities support regulatory compliance and mechanical integrity requirements for both ammonia and wastewater treatment\nSupport emergency preparedness and response planning for ammonia-related incidents\nSupport permit compliance, inspections, and regulatory reporting requirements\nActively coaching and mentoring plant personnel to increase expertise\nResponsible for ensuring the maintenance plans are well understood and executed by all including coordinating with the Reliability Manager\nSupporting Capex (capital expenditure) plan and building economic business cases as required\nJOB QUALIFICATIONS:\nBS degree in Engineering preferred, technical degree required\nLooking for candidate with 3 years of experience and Utilities experience preferred\nWell-developed cross-functional problem solving & multi-tasking abilities, leads by example, acts as an owner, results oriented & strong customer focus skills; ability to lead change\nHighly focused on results and providing a structured, systematic approach to delivering solutions\nDetail oriented, schedule driven and strong planning skills needed for handling multiple projects, experience in sustainable project execution\nAbility to extract, evaluate and utilize data for process improvement from applicable systems\nMechanically or electrically inclined to understand the utilities process\nBelt methodology and/or lean methods experience a plus\nKnowledge of the OSHA Safety and Health regulations a plus\nFlexibility and availability to be on call for all shifts, including weekends and holidays\nWHY ANHEUSER-BUSCH:\nAt Anheuser-Busch, our purpose is to create a future with more cheers.
