Animate Behavior is a BCBA-owned, boutique ABA agency serving the Greater Bay Area, and we're hiring a full-time Lead RBT for our Early Learner Center in Albany. This role is ideal for experienced RBTs who are ready to build leadership skills while continuing to provide high-quality direct services. You'll support young children with autism in a structured, center-based setting and serve as a mentor and resource to other Behavior Technicians, with a BCBA onsite at all times.

What you'll do
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to young children with autism and related developmental disabilities
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the clinical team
- Collect, analyze, and maintain accurate client data and session documentation
- Model clinical best practices and support consistency across treatment teams
- Help onboard, train, and mentor new Behavior Technicians
- Support supervision activities and give performance feedback as directed by BCBAs
- Help keep the clinic positive, organized, and collaborative
- Partner with families, BCBAs, and teammates on meaningful client outcomes
What we're looking for
- Active RBT certification
- At least 1 year of ABA experience
- Demonstrated ability to mentor, train, and support Behavior Technicians
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Able to commute to our Albany Early Learner Center (94706)
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 6:00 with a one-hour lunch, in person at our Albany Early Learner Center.
Employment is contingent on meeting standard health and immunization requirements for working with young children.
