Clinical quality, ethical practice, and staff support come first here.\nWhy you'll love it here\n$70,000 to $77,500 per year, depending on experience and education\nDirect mentorship from senior BCBAs, with supervised fieldwork and coursework support toward BCBA certification\nReal leadership experience: supervise RBTs, run BST, and shape treatment programs\nConsistent weekday daytime schedule at one location, with no driving between client homes\nBenefits: medical, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k) with company match; paid time off; paid training; life insurance; Employee Assistance Program; referral bonuses\nPOSITION SUMMARY\nOversees daily clinical and administrative operations of client services programs.\nDIRECT REPORTS\nApproximately three to eight RBTs would report to the ACS.\nCOMPENSATION\nSalary range for this position is $70,000 to $77,500.\nDIRECT CLIENT SUPERVISION ACTIVITIES\nAssists with initial and ongoing assessments.\nDirectly observe treatment implementation for potential program revision recommendations and communicate to CS.\nMonitor treatment integrity to ensure satisfactory implementation of treatment protocols (Fidelity and IOA).\nDirect staff and/or caregivers in the implementation of new or revised treatment protocols with client present (BST) as assigned by CS.\nProvide sub sessions to maintain utilization of hours as necessary for any Animate Behavior client.\nAppropriately document all direct client supervision overlaps.\nINDIRECT CLIENT SUPERVISION ACTIVITIES\nPropose treatment goals, protocols, and data collection systems.\nSummarize and analyze data- weekly.\nEvaluate client progress towards treatment goal and provide summary to CS.\nAdjust treatment protocols based on CS direction.\nReview client progress with CS without the client present to refine treatment protocols.\nDirect staff and/or caregivers in the implementation of new or revised treatment protocols (client absent) as assigned by CS.\nReport progress towards treatment goals and document in appropriate location for CS review and approval.\nAppropriately document all indirect client supervision activities.\n\nSTAFF SUPERVISION ACTIVITIES\n\nProvides BT and RBT supervision as outlined by the BACB guidelines.\nCollect data and evaluate the effectiveness of supervision of direct reports- weekly.\nAssists with monthly evaluation of direct reports.\nAssists with BT note audits of assigned cases.\nDisseminates Animate Behavior Culture, Policy, and Procedures.\nTroubleshoots performance issues and brings to CS as appropriate.\nAssists with competency assessment renewals for direct reports.\n\nADMINISTRATIVE ACTIVITIES\n\nMeets Productive Hour requirements (5-6 hours average per working day depending on location).\nMaintains minimum of 75% ratio of direct service work (or requirements outlined by CS)\nCreates individual schedule and adheres to scheduled appointments.\nPrepare for meetings (i.e. agendas, case presentation, assigned readings/ activities).\nCommunicates to supervisor when additional support is needed.\nMaintains compliance with all safety, legal, and ethical obligations.\nMaintains all required credentials.\nCompletes all assignments within specified deadlines.\nCompletes training activities and engages in ongoing learning as instructed by CS.\nRespond to staff questions and concerns on walkie talkies (Center specific).\nAssist with immediate scheduling and coverage issues.\nProvide coverage for clients if parent arrives late (Center specific).\nMaintain onsite office hours according to a set schedule (Center specific).\nConvert all timesheets and appointments daily.\nOther Administrative duties as assigned.\n\nMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)\n\nBCaBA equivalent coursework.\n1200 total experience hours.\nExperience working with individuals with developmental disabilities under the supervision of a BCBA supervisor across treatment environments, including school, home, and/or community.\nKnowledge of developmental milestones\nEarly childhood education experience\nEmployment is contingent on meeting standard health and immunization requirements for working with young children.\nAnimate Behavior is an equal opportunity employer.
