You will handle traditional accounting duties while gaining unique exposure to Web3 accounting, digital assets, and cryptocurrency reconciliation.\nResponsibilities:\nLiaise with external auditors for statutory audits, collate testing samples, and prepare accounting memos\n\nManage the full-set bookkeeping for up to 20 standalone entities across various jurisdictions (including Hong Kong, Middle East, United Kingdom, Korea, and Cayman Island etc.)\n\nHandle daily accounting operations including monthly subsidiary funding and cost recharges\n\nEnsure invoices are prepared correctly and accurately updated in the accounting system\n\nVerify invoices and agreements to ensure the validity of supporting documents and proper authorization\n\nPerform regular bank reconciliations to ensure all transactions are accurately recorded in the ledger\n\nManage Accounts Payable settled in cryptocurrency, ensuring crypto payments are properly recorded and reconciled with on-chain transactions\n\nPerform ad hoc assignments, including but not limited to accounting standard interpretation and the development of accounting policies and procedures\n\nIdentify opportunities for process improvement and provide guidance or mentorship to junior team members\n\nRequirements:\nMinimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably with a mix of Big 4 audit and commercial accounting, less experience can be considered as a Senior Associate\nQP candidate / CPA is a plus\n\nProficiency in modern ERP systems (e.g. Oracle, NetSuite, or Expensify)\n\nExperience with the Microsoft Office suite of programs is essential\n\nExcellent written and spoken English\n\nGood time management and an organized approach to tasks\n\nExcellent attention to detail\n\nAbility to take ownership and responsibility for assigned tasks\n\nAbility to work independently and as part of a collaborative team\n\nA professional and positive attitude, remaining patient and calm under pressure\n\nWillingness
