In this role, you act as the control layer between rapid AI development and real-world deployment, ensuring systems remain stable and trustworthy in unpredictable environments.\nYour Responsibilities\nOwn and continuously improve the CI/CD pipeline, enabling automated and confident deployments of software and models\nMonitor test outcomes and evaluation reports to drive system quality and stability\nDesign and implement hardware-in-the-loop testing in collaboration with engineering teams\nDefine and scale human-in-the-loop QA processes with operations for model validation\nBuild simulation-based regression tests with ML and simulation teams using physics-based environments\nWrite and maintain comprehensive test strategies and plans across software, models, and field deployments\nTake ownership of the overall testing infrastructure end-to-end\nTechnologies\nPython\nLinux\nTesting frameworks\nCI/CD pipelines\nContainerization\nGit\nAI and robotics systems (general stack awareness)\nROS and simulators (nice to have)\nC++ \nRequirements\nMust Have\nMSc or PhD in a relevant technical field\n5+ years of experience in QA, Test Engineering, or Systems Integration for complex hardware-software systems (ideally robotics or similar domains)\nProven track record in industries like robotics, autonomous systems, aerospace, automotive, medical devices, or advanced industrial automation\nStrong experience with non-deterministic / probabilistic systems and real-world validation challenges\nExpertise in building and scaling automated testing infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines\nAdvanced technical stack: Python, Linux, testing frameworks, containerization, and version control (Git)\nExperience mentoring engineers or contributing to technical leadership and team growth\nNice to Have\nSolid understanding of AI and robotics systems\nExperience with ROS, simulators, or C++\nExposure to simulation-based testing or hardware-in-the-loop systems\nBenefits\nRecruiting Process\nYour recruiting partner for this role is Madhulika (she/her).
