Every sprint, models, hardware, code and customer deadlines all have to come together. Someone needs to see the whole picture and keep it moving. That’s where you come in.\nAs our Technical Program Manager, you’ll turn our roadmap into what actually gets built and shipped. You’ll work side by side with our engineers and understand the technical details well enough to ask the hard questions. Your job is to make sure we deliver what we promise.\nThis isn’t only about keeping things on track. You’ll help shape our roadmap and OKRs, balancing what the business needs with what engineering is struggling with. When a blocker appears or a team is stretched too thin, you’ll see it first and act before it slows anyone down.\nYou won’t be doing it alone. You’ll work with our Senior Program Manager, and together you’ll shape how program management works at Animore: the tools, the workflows and how the team grows.\nYour Responsibilities\nPlan and align technical deliverables across sprints and OKR cycles, so everyone knows what’s coming and why.\nWork closely with our engineering teams every day.\nOwn the health of our GitLab tickets and get them closed on time every sprint.\nPrepare and run sprint planning, including any work carried over from the previous sprint.\nMake sure materials for the team’s weekly meetings are ready.\nChallenge delivery timelines on technical grounds, and follow up on what’s been promised.\nTrack implementation progress across all technical teams.\nMaintain OKR tracking from proposal to closure, kept in sync with GitLab.\nKeep our company roadmap, engineering work and customer deliveries aligned with each other.\nSpot technical risks early and drive the plan to reduce them.\nRequirements\n3 years as a technical program or project manager working directly with engineering teams.\nA degree in engineering, computer science or a related field, or hands-on engineering experience. You can follow a technical discussion and push back on an estimate when it doesn’t add up.\nYou’ve worked hands-on with GitLab, Jira or a similar tracker.
