Showroom Sales Representative

ANINE BING is looking for a Showroom Sales Representative to join our Wholesale team based in Paris for our October 2026 selling campaign, from 1 to 6 October.
This role is an opportunity to help shape the next chapter of ANINE BING. As a key contributor within our Paris HQ wholesale team, the Showroom Sales Representative runs buying appointments during the selling campaign - presenting the collection to wholesale clients and agents, guiding the buy, and building orders - supporting our global growth while staying grounded in the brand's DNA: refined, fast-moving, and always evolving.
We're looking for someone who thrives in a creative yet performance-driven environment. The ideal candidate combines strong product sensitivity with commercial precision. They're collaborative, resourceful, and energized by closing a great order with a great client - together with our agents.
This is a short-term, on-site position based at our Paris showroom, 1 to 6 October 2026. The role works alongside ANINE BING's agents and reports to the Wholesale team, Paris.
Responsibilities Include:
- Run scheduled buying appointments with wholesale clients and agents' accounts across the six showroom days
- Present the collection with clear product knowledge: fabrics, fits, key styles, pricing, and delivery windows, adapting the pitch to each account
- Guide the buy - recommend assortments, depth, and size curves aligned with the account profile and the brand's merchandising priorities
- Build and validate orders in our B2B platform during or immediately after each appointment
- Coordinate with agents on appointment flow, client hand-overs, and end-of-day recaps; flag open orders and follow-ups to the wholesale team daily
- Contribute to daily showroom readiness: samples, rail merchandising, line sheets, and sales tools
- Represent ANINE BING's brand standards in every client interaction
Requirements:
- 3+ years of showroom sales experience in fashion wholesale, within a premium or contemporary brand or a multi-brand showroom
- Proven ability to run buyer appointments autonomously and close orders during selling campaigns
- Working knowledge of B2B order platforms (JOOR, NuOrder or equivalent) and of wholesale buying logic: OTB, assortment building, size curves, delivery drops
- Fluent English required; French appreciated; an additional language (Korean, Japanese, Mandarin, Italian, German, Arabic) is a plus
- Clear, confident communication with international buyers and agents
- Available on site in Paris for the full campaign, 1 to 6 October 2026, and eligible for a fixed-term contract or established as a freelancer
