Contributes to highly complex technical projects.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n Responsible for tier-1 network monitoring and operations of customer's IDC network, providing 24/7 support, on a 3x 8-hour shift rotation. Total 40-hour work week, with days off.\n\n Responsible for promptly responding to, following up on, and driving the resolution of various network alarms and faults.
