You will work closely with engineering, operations, and business teams to build a scalable data layer, payer/third-party integrations, data pipelines, and data quality framework that powers multiple products.\n\nResponsibilities: \nOwn and evolve the canonical data model based on the US healthcare claims lifecycle.\nLead payer, clearinghouse, EDI, API, and third-party integrations.\nWork with transaction formats such as 837, 835, 270/271 and 276/277.\nOwn 835/ERA parsing and payment-posting logic.\nDesign scalable client data onboarding processes across different EHR/PM systems.\nDefine data contracts and requirements for Azure SQL, Snowflake and data pipelines.\nEstablish data-quality standards covering freshness, completeness, reconciliation and SLAs.\nWork with engineering to define APIs, mappings, integration specifications and technical requirements.\nEnsure appropriate PHI handling, data masking, access controls and compliance with HIPAA/SOC 2 requirements.\nPartner with operations teams to identify data and integration issues and drive product improvements.\n\nRequirements: \n4-7 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Technical Business Analysis or Solution Architecture.\nExperience working on data platforms, integrations, APIs or technical products.\nStrong SQL skills — SQL will be assessed during the interview process.\nHands-on understanding of REST APIs, file feeds, SFTP, webhooks, retries and reconciliation.\nStrong understanding of data modelling and data warehousing concepts.\nExcellent written communication skills for creating product specifications, data dictionaries and integration documentation.\nB. Tech/B.
