VR / SIR) modules.\n\nIn this role, you will design, configure, customize, and deploy enterprise-grade ServiceNow risk, compliance, and security management solutions.\n\nThis is a core technical development and implementation role.\n\nCandidates with purely operational, SOC analyst, business analyst, or SIEM administration backgrounds without hands-on ServiceNow development will not be considered.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\nCore Development & Customization : \n\n- Design, build, and deploy technical solutions across ServiceNow IRM (GRC/TPRM) or SecOps (SIR/VR) modules.\n\n- Develop custom Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions, Workflow/Flow Designer, and ServiceNow APIs (REST/SOAP).\n\n- Create and manage customized dashboards, reports, Performance Analytics, and Service Portal widgets tailored to risk, compliance, and security operations.\n\nModule Implementation & Integration : \n\n- Implement end-to-end workflows for IRM / GRC / TPRM (Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management, Third-Party Risk Management) and SecOps (Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response, Threat Intelligence).\n\n- Integrate ServiceNow SecOps/IRM with external security engines, SIEM tools, vulnerability scanners (e.g., Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7), and third-party risk feeds using IntegrationHub or custom API integrations.\n\n- Configure Data Lookup, Automated Risk Scoring, Assessment Engine, and Automated Remediation Workflows.\n\nSolution Architecture & Quality : \n\n- Participate in architectural decisions, technical design reviews, and platform governance.\n\n- Ensure code quality, adhere to ServiceNow best practices, and maintain update sets/Git deployments across development, testing, and production environments.\n\n- Perform upgrade impact analyses and resolve platform upgrade conflicts.\n\nTechnical & Professional Qualifications : \n\n- Core Experience : 6 -
