Account Managers up-sell products and services by developing a thorough understanding of our customers’ business and technology needs. Account Managers also identify prospective customers and opportunities.\nWhat You Will Do\nResponsible for business development while maintaining customer satisfaction within an assigned territory\nConduct onsite/online presentations on services and products offered \nAchieve and maintain a positive rapport with customers and partners\nQualify new sales opportunities for current customers \nWhat We Are Looking For\nExperience in Information Technology selling: IT services and products, management of IT services, or IT consulting\nOutstanding communication and organizational skills\nSelf-starter with the ability to build relationships, manage customer commitment, negotiation, and close sales\nEnjoy working with customers and external audiences\nSolid skill in preparing written communications and materials\nGood verbal communication skills, strong work ethic, and a positive attitude\nDemonstrate proven leadership skills and time management experience\nA high degree of integrity in handling confidential information\nAbility to work collaboratively as part of a team\nAbility to work independently with minimal direction\nTravel\nTravel is occasionally required for this position.
