Details will be discussed during the hiring process.\nThe Role\nInside Sales Support/Customer Service Repat ANM is a customer-facing representative who has strong relationship-building skills, has an Inside Sales background, and is eager to learn IT Sales. He/she will be responsible for providing quality support by performing a variety of core functions as described below.\nWhat You Will Do\nSupport AM & Customers on day-to-day operations.Creation of new Opportunities in Salesforce Create Quotes\nCoordinate with the Solution Architect Team for estimates\nValidate quotes to customer-specific requirements. \n\nOrder processing - Completes procurement package and ensures all required documentation is received.\n\nPost-Order Support - works with other ANM teams.Track Lead times and expedite when necessary. \nTracking ship status for all open orders\nShipping info (number of pallets, truck with lift gate, etc.)\nProduct return authorization and coordination\nFollow up on accounting questions, requests, and corrections from customers.\nAddresses supplier challenges during order processing \n\nRegisters all deals for pricing and ensures all extra incentives and rebates get applied.\nMaintains all quote documentation with accurate pricing, configurations, and formatting.\nProcurement Contract / Manufacturer List Price Updates - especially based on tariff price changes.\nInterface with current suppliers and manufacturers to stay current with all special programs, pricing, and technology to obtain the best price for ANM.\nWorks with customers, account managers, and solution architects as part of a team to develop and maintain customer and vendor relationships. \nReview, analyze, and strategize proposals and government contracts as needed.\nWork on special projects as needed.\nWhat We Are Looking For\nExperience in an Inside Sales position ideally within the IT Industry\nWorking knowledge with Cisco online tools like CCW, and CCWR and knowledge to build and validate a simple configuration. \nSolid skill in preparing written communications and materials.\nGood verbal communication skills, strong work ethic, and a positive attitude.\nDemonstrate proven leadership skills and time management experience.\nMust have the ability to manage a high volume of e-mail communications. \nOutstanding time management skills and ability to prioritize opportunities to ensure effective and timely follow-up. \nAbility to build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, vendors, and customers. \nSalesforce knowledge is a plus.\nMicrosoft Office\nUnderstanding SLED sales cycles, contracts, and processes is a plus. \nThe high degree of integrity in handling confidential information.\nAbility to work collaboratively as part of a team.\nAbility to work independently with minimal direction.\n\nTravel\nTravel is occasionally required for this position.
