This position requires a blend of technical competence, client service skills, and team collaboration to successfully support all aspects of the client’s technology systems.\nWhat You Will Do\nProvide professional and empathetic first-contact responses to clients. \nActs as a technical resource for assigned issues and works closely with the ANM technical teams to resolve problems.\nWorks closely with the Management, Account Managers, and Client Service Managers to ensure ANM is delivering world-class support to our clients.\nClearly and consistently communicates with client IT departments and ANM technical teams about the status and progress on issues.\nGenerates & implements clear and consistent documentation of client environments.\nPerforms analysis and diagnosis of system problems.\nProvides first and second-level technical support for numerous technologies to ANM clients.\nInteracts directly with clients via phone and ticketing systems.\nApplies analytical skills and technical knowledge to solve technical problems of medium to high complexity.\nUses knowledge of technology, products, and services to troubleshoot and maintain a wide variety of IT solutions of all sizes.\nInteracts and works directly with multiple advanced engineering groups and vendors to escalate technical issues and drive incidents to resolution, often collaborating between more than one group at a time.\nInteracts with telecommunication, hardware, and software vendors and operates on the customers’ behalf to drive the resolution of issues while providing regular progress updates to any incident stakeholders.\nParticipates in special projects as assigned.\nParticipates in On-call rotation and M.A.C.D.\nInvests time in continued education to learn new technologies. \nWhat We Are Looking For\nRequired:\nStrong client service skills.\nGood verbal and written communication skills, strong work ethic, and a positive attitude.\nStrong desire to learn and grow in a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative work environment.\nPreferred\nCCNA or MCSA is highly desired, or a combination of certifications, education, and work experience.\nSome combination of experience with the following technologies: Cisco Route/Switch, Microsoft Windows Server, Cisco Collaboration Solutions, Virtualization, and Storage.\n\nTravel\nTravel is occasionally required for this position.
