Leads the activities of other employees through technical knowledge, experience, and sound decision-making abilities to support product quality and ensure customer satisfaction.\n\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS - Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.\nLeads day-to-day activities and communications within the department\nTrains and develops departmental team and leads employees in Continuous Improvement Programs.\nResponsible for the training and development of all new hires and temporary employees.\nSupervises work output and effectiveness for team members.\nEnsures accurate training of employees in proper job performance and expectations.\nPartners with cross-functional team.
