Monitors all steps in the metalizing process, resulting in overall product consistency, quality, and customer satisfaction throughout the shift.\n\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS\nResponsible for setting up the line per job card requirements, continuous operation of machines, and mixing and replenishment of paint supply.\nCommunicates with team members regarding operating conditions, paint mixture, special problems, etc., that occurred during the shift. \nContinuously monitors each step of the metalizing process for quality of parts, and performs regular inspections of color, cross-hatching, adhesion, and aesthetic assessment.\nCleans machines and performs preventative maintenance.\nKeeps production team informed throughout the shift on pertinent issues with the processes or parts that could affect production and ensures Take Off team is supplied with raw parts.\nMaintains a clean line, free of clutter.
