# Newark - Degreasing Machine Operator - 1st Shift

Location: Newark, Oh Department: Degreasing Reports to: Crew Leaders Shift: 1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:30am to 3:30pm Pay: $18.00/hour JOB SUMMARY This production floor position is responsible for the efficient operation of a degreaser by monitoring all steps to ensure that all parts come out clean and ready for Anodizing. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS - Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions. Properly load parts in baskets and unload parts after degreasing process Weigh parts following degreasing and complete any required written records Set and operate scales to do accurate piece counts Ensure different part numbers and customer orders are not mixed on a skid Use of pallet jack to pull product to the degreasing lines Ability to multi-task and work at a fast pace Maintain a clean work area including but, not limited to: Empty Trash Sweep degreasing area Mop floor as needed Other duties as directed QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or equivalent.
