Responsible for verifying inventory accuracy, locations, and tracking/clean-up. This includes, but is not limited to: overseeing, advising, and assisting the IC material handlers. Use of Syteline to track, correct, and monitor inventory. Watching the schedule to ensure the correct material is in-house. \n\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS\nMonitor and process workflow through operations:\nProviding supervision, guidance, and assistance to the Inventory Control Material Handlers.\nPrioritizing activities the ensure all areas of the facility stay running.\nMonitor and respond timely to emails.\nInitiating transfer orders.\nVerify all incoming parts are properly bar coded, tagged, and scanned to the correct location.\nAssist with inventory moves from plant to off-site warehouse locations.\nInventory Accuracy\nTrack movement of parts, including control lots, through all operations within the facility. \nMonitor accuracy of inventory moves in SyteLine from receiving, anodizing, assembly, and any hold or inspection materials. \nEnsure proper raw product is staged and production lines are stocked with the current day’s production needs. \nResearch and resolve any/all negative inventory issues. \nMonitor inventory levels and Main and Wehrle.\nReview and report any discrepancies to Logistics Manager. \nAssist with any other duties and projects as required by Plant or Warehouse Manager.\nAssist with all physical inventories on or offsite. \n\nQUALIFICATIONS\nExperience with fork lift, reach truck, and cherry picker.\nStrong basic math skills (must be able to pass a basic math test)\nExcellent communications skills – both verbal and written.\nAbility to lift 30 lbs. or more\nModerate to Advanced computer skills, with the ability to fill out daily paperwork \nWarehouse experience – preferably Inventory Control\nAbility to stand or walk for a lengthy amount of time\nQUALIFICATIONS\nHigh School degree or the equivalent.\nMust be able to demonstrate a strong work ethic and positive attitude.\nMust be able to work as part of a team and be capable of self-direction.\nMust demonstrate a willingness to participate in plant safety initiatives.\nAbility to work overtime as needed, sometimes on short
