This role partners closely with customers, suppliers, product development teams, and manufacturing organizations to solve complex technical challenges, drive successful product implementation, and influence manufacturing and product strategies that support customer success.\nWhat a Typical Day Looks Like:\nServe as the lead technical interface for customers, providing expert consultation on complex design, fabrication, assembly, and manufacturing challenges.\nPartner with customers, sales teams, and business development organizations to identify technical requirements and develop solutions aligned with Flex capabilities and customer objectives.\nLead the investigation and resolution of complex analog and mixed-signal product issues through advanced troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and hands-on validation activities.\nEvaluate customer requirements, identify technical, operational, capacity, and scheduling risks, and develop mitigation strategies that support successful program execution.\nDrive collaboration between customers, suppliers, design engineering teams, and manufacturing organizations to support product integration and accelerate issue resolution.\nInfluence product roadmap and technology decisions by translating customer feedback and market requirements into actionable engineering recommendations.\nLead project planning activities, including scope definition, risk assessment, requirements management, and execution strategy for complex customer programs.\nDevelop technical presentations, customer trainings, and engineering documentation while providing technical leadership for major initiatives across the organization.\nThe Experience We're Looking to Add to Our Team:\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related technical discipline; advanced degree is a plus; relevant working experience will be considered in lieu of Bachelor’s degree.\n6+ years of relevant engineering experience, including significant customer-facing experience supporting analog circuit design, troubleshooting, and technical problem resolution.\nDeep expertise in analog and mixed-signal electronics with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex product-, subsystem-, and system-level issues.\nExtensive laboratory experience testing, characterizing, debugging, and validating electronic products while recreating and resolving customer-reported issues.\nStrong communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills with the ability to influence decisions, lead technical initiatives, and serve as a trusted advisor to customers and internal stakeholders.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience translating customer requirements into product specifications, manufacturing solutions, and new product recommendations.\nDemonstrated success leading major technical initiatives, cross-functional projects, or customer-facing engineering programs.\nExperience reviewing, interpreting, and troubleshooting P&IDs.\nExperience with 3D CAD modeling tools such as Autodesk Inventor.\nExperience with VBA, SharePoint workflows, Microsoft Power Automate, or similar automation technologies.\nStrong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and technical reporting tools.\nGZ27\nWhat you'll receive for the great work you provide:\nFull range of medical, dental, and vision plans\nLife Insurance\nShort-term and Long-term Disability\nMatching 401(k) Contributions\nVacation and Paid Sick Time\nTuition Reimbursement\n\nApplication Deadline:\nApplications for this job position will be accepted for at least five days following the job posting start date below and continuing until the end date below or until the position is filled.
