If the intended spin occurs, this role will support Axiom, a company focused on critical digital infrastructure and delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.\n\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a EHS Advisor, located in Blackburn.\nReporting to the EHS Manager, the EHS Advisor role will be part of an excellent EHS team with the responsibility of ensuring the appropriate support and arrangements are in place at our facility to best control risks, prevent accidents and incidents, and to elevate an EHS culture for all employees, visitors, contractors, and third parties. You will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, communicating, and coordinating EHS objectives.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nCommunication and coordination of Statutory Requirements to ensure that the business continuously fulfils its EHS obligations.\nCoordinate and maintain Organisational Management Systems (ISO 45001 & ISO 14001) to ensure the effective management of Health, Safety and Environment matters at key manufacturing locations.\nBuild and maintain close communication with other departments (technical, engineering, manufacturing, facilities maintenance) to ensure high standards of EHS within the relevant departments.\nUndertake reviews of company EHS practices and procedures and maintain, manage, and complete EHS Inspections and audits\nPublish and Review RAMS to maintain Risk Management within site operations.\nConduct and participate in active monitoring and safety tours to identify areas of non-compliance, areas of improvement and best practice which can be shared across the company.\nCommunicate & Maintain Organisational EHS Policies and Metrics pertaining to site works.\nProactively work with operational teams to ensure that EHS is considered at all stages and that relevant control measures are identified.\nBe able to identify all EHS related risks and issues across Anord Mardix sites and assist in the design and arrangements necessary for the remedial actions.\nContribute to EHS incident investigation.
