If the intended spin occurs, this role will support Axiom, a company focused on critical digital infrastructure and delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.\n\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a/an Maintenance Technician in USA Fontana, Ca.\nReport to the Facilities Manager, Maintenance Technician, is responsible for the repair and upkeep of equipment and building facilities.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nComplete work and repair orders in a timely fashion\nInspect and identify equipment or machines in need of repair\nTroubleshoots issues to determine necessary repairs.\nPlans repair work using buildings blueprints or equipment manual as needed.\nPerforms general repairs to include repairing drywall, painting, and repairing doors and other building fixtures\nPerforms routine preventive maintenance on equipment and building systems including forklifts\nMaintain a clean and safe work area\nOversee work performed by outside contractors, as necessary\nPerform other related duties as assigned\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent\n2+ years’ experience in preventative maintenance or related field\nPrior experience in a manufacturing environment preferred\nKnowledge of general carpentry and repair, electrical, and plumbing\nAbility to use hand tools and power tools\nGood interpersonal skills, mathematical aptitude, mechanical/technical skills, and logical problem-solving skills\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and shift from task to task as needed\nDeadline and detail-oriented\nExcellent organizational and time management skills\nWhat the physical requirements are:\nProlonged periods standing and walking.\nMust be physically able to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces.\nMust be able to traverse property and facility to diagnose building issues and plan repairs or maintenance.\nMust be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.\nMust wear PPE, such as gloves, safety glasses, hard hat, and ear protection, while working on the production floor\nGB02\nWhat you'll receive for the great work you provide:\nFull range of medical, dental, and vision plans\nLife Insurance\nShort-term and Long-term Disability\nMatching 401(k) Contributions\nVacation and Paid Sick Time\nTuition Reimbursement\n\nApplication Deadline:\nApplications for this job position will be accepted for at least five days following the job posting start date below and continuing until the end date below or until the position is filled.
