If the intended spin occurs, this role will support Axiom, a company focused on critical digital infrastructure and delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.\n\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Sales Administrator located in Dundalk, Ireland.\nAbout the Role\nWe are looking for an organised and customer-focused Sales Administrator to provide essential administrative and operational support to our Global Sales team. You will help coordinate customer enquiries and orders, maintain accurate records and systems, and work with internal departments to ensure sales requirements are completed accurately and on time.\nWhat a Typical Day Looks Like\nProvide administrative and operational support throughout the sales process.\nCoordinate customer enquiries, quotations, orders and associated documentation.\nMaintain accurate sales records, trackers and information within relevant systems.\nPrepare reports and monitor required approvals and follow-up actions.\nSupport document control, customer portals, onboarding activities and process compliance.\nLiaise with Sales, Commercial, Finance, Operations and external customers to resolve queries and progress requirements.\nSupport the implementation of sales processes and departmental initiatives.\nDeliver a professional, accurate and responsive service to internal and external customers.\nThe Experience We Are Looking For\nPrevious experience in sales administration, office administration, customer service or order processing.\nBusiness-fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills.\nExcellent organisation, accuracy and attention to detail.\nGood numeracy and literacy skills.\nConfidence using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.\nThe ability to learn new systems and follow established processes.\nA customer-focused, collaborative and proactive approach.\nThe ability to manage competing priorities and work accurately to deadlines in a busy environment.\nEligibility to work in Ireland.\nAdvantageous Experience\nExperience working with CRM, ERP or sales management systems, such as Salesforce.\nExperience managing customer portals, document control or supplier onboarding activities.\nExperience in a manufacturing, engineering, construction or business-to-business environment.\nJob Category\nAdministrationRequired Skills:\nOptional Skills:\nFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
