Join our growing Global Production Team and bring your unique experience to a collaborative and rewarding work environment.\nAssembler\nFunction as part of an operations team focused on pick and pack as well as the assembly of electromechanical devices.\nWork in a fast-paced environment working independently with minimal instruction after training period.\nPulls and packs or repacks product based on daily orders\nRequires an attention to detail to complete customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.\nKeeps materials and products separated and organized.\nMonitors product quality and reports quality issues\nOperates various assembly equipment \nUtilizes continuous improvement mindset and assists in identifying opportunities to improve processes.\nFollows good operations practices and required work-safe practices.\nMaintains a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.\nAble to work within constraints according to standard assembly cycle times.\nRegular and predictable attendance and punctuality with the ability to work overtime as required with reasonable advanced notification.\nWhat you’ll need to succeed:\nStrong communication skills\nPrevious experience with assembly or warehouse environment is preferred but not required.\nAbility to work well in a team environment\nGood hand-eye coordination and hand dexterity and proven proficiency and skill in operating a variety of equipment for use of basic hand tools, tape measures, blueprints, schematics, etc.\nAbility to work while standing or being seated for up to 8 hours with daily breaks, sustaining repetitive motions and performing repetitive lifting up to 25 lbs. unassisted\nAbility to complete tasks efficiently and within constraints while adhering to all company procedures and safety guidelines\nAbility to multi-task and handle competing responsibilities\nUnderstands sense of urgency and can meet deadlines while adhering to quality standards\nMust be 18 years of age or older\nABOUT ANOVA\nWe are very proudly “one” Anova - built by integrating the best in IIoT technology and expertise.
